OUR PROCESS

1. CONCEPT

At our company, we begin each project by meeting with the client to discuss their vision, establish a budget, and conduct a measured survey of the site. From there, we create proposed drawings options and a scope of work document. We also check the budget to ensure that the project can be completed within it.

2. DETAILED DESIGN

In the detailed design phase, we obtain quotes from the main contractor and specialist contractors, design the kitchen and bathroom spaces, and appoint contractors to complete the work. We also work with the client to agree on staged payments to stay within the budget.

3. BUILD

During the build process, we make site visits to ensure that the project is being completed according to the detailed design plans. We work closely with contractors to ensure that the project is being built to our standards and specifications.

4. COMPLETION

In the completion phase, we make final touches and ensure that everything is working properly. We conduct a final inspection to ensure that the project is completed to our standards and the client's satisfaction. Once approved, we hand over the keys to the client, and the project is officially completed.
